This is a fully modular abandoned insane asylum that I built in Unreal Engine 4. Over the span of one month, I created 10 modular pieces in Maya, 5 tiling textures with adjustable parameters in Substance Designer, and brought them all together in Unreal. This was my first time dealing with emissive materials, decals, light shafts and particles in Unreal, so I enjoyed learning something playing around to make the scene just right.
